drawings - Deansgate
These drawings are of John Rylands Library. I have decided to concentrate on the shapes and patterns of this building. Some of the patterns will work well in knit and I could use rib knit with cable to interpret the linear structure within this building.
I work better drawing in graphite and the colours within my project are quite neutral and subtle, however we have found out that brighter colours work better when projected. This is not a problem though because other members in the group have used bright colours and when Frazer creates the prints (combinations of all our work) he will edit colours in digitally.
